Do Not Drink … Gamble!
If you enjoy a beverage ever so often, leave your money out of the casino if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your evening bag, your billfold, and leave all money, credit cards and cheques at home. Take whatever cash you intend to spend on alcohol, tipping and few dollars you intend to lose and leave the rest behind.
Contemptuous? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You can experience a win after a intoxicated evening out with your compatriots and be blessed enough to hit a 25 minute toss at a smokin craps table. Hang on to that adventure considering that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink and wager. The pair just do not go well together.
Leaving your moolah out of the casino is a little bit excessive, but preventative measures for drastic actions is required. If you wager to profit, then don’t drink alcohol and play. If you are able to afford to be wasteful with your cash without a concern, then consume all the gratis alcohol you can handle, but do not carry plastic credit and checkbooks to toss into the mix of following squanderings after your dead drunk brain loses all the cash!
Allow me to take this one step further. Don’t drink and then go on the internet to gamble in your favorite casino either. I love to drink from the coziness of my apartment, however because I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards near by, I can’t drink and wager.
Why? Although I do not consume alcohol to excess, when I drink alcohol, it’s clearly sufficient to befuddle my better judgment. I bet, so I do not drink alcohol when wagering. If you are a drinker, do not gamble when you do. Both make for a dangerous, and costly, drink.
